We hatch out silkie chicks every week at VJP Poultry. We are NPIP, Pullorum tested and a Minnesota state inspected hatchery. No Shipping/Pick up only. We sell one week old unsexed silkie chicks. We also sell four month old female silkie pullets in a variety of colors. Black, White, Grey, Splash, Blue and Partridge. If you are not allowed to have roosters where you live I would recommend that you consider a four month old female silkie pullet.
Preferred payment is cash but we also use Venmo. Contact me through Private Message on Facebook to inquire about availability of silkie chicks and silkie pullets. You must have an appointment to pick up chicks. We can only hold birds for the time it takes for you to drive to our place. A mask is required to enter the chick room.
We do not have any 4 month old silkie pullets available this week for sale.
We do have a retirement hen available. She is three year black silkie hen. Retirement means that she is no longer laying very many eggs but still would make a great pet. She is $50. SOLD
One week old silkie chicks are $15 each. Silkie chicks are not sexed. I currently have 11 partridge, 17 blue, 3 black, and 8 grey. Included in this count are 14 blue that can be used for 4-H showing (meaning that they have no DQs in toes.) SOLD OUT
